How rights holders can report infringement and how My Blurbly protects books, manuscripts and member content.
Respect for rights
My Blurbly is a software platform and does not acquire ownership of books or member content. Users must have the rights or permissions needed for everything they upload or publish.
Submitting a notice
A rights holder or authorised representative may report allegedly infringing material through the Contact page. Include your identity and authority, the protected work, the exact My Blurbly URL or location, a good-faith statement, a statement that the information is accurate, and an electronic signature.
Our response
We may remove or restrict material while investigating, preserve relevant records, notify the affected user and request further information. Repeated or serious infringement may lead to account termination.
Counter-notices
If you believe material was removed by mistake, contact us with identification of the material, your explanation and evidence of your rights. We may share notices and counter-notices with the affected parties or advisers where lawful.
